TOWN & COUNTRY VILLAGE
EL DORADO
A gateway to the "Golden one"
Mission of the project
At Town & Country Village, El Dorado, our mission is to create an extraordinary destination that harmoniously blends history, nature, and modern hospitality. Inspired by the iconic Ahwahnee Hotel in Yosemite National Park, our project aims to provide an exceptional luxury hotel-resort lodging, conferencing, and event center experience, nestled in the breathtaking beauty of El Dorado Hills.
Vision of the project
Our vision is to be a beacon of hospitality, welcoming both community residents and visiting tourists alike. We are committed to offering world-class facilities for visitor lodging, business conferences, seminars, weddings, and family gatherings. Embracing the rich heritage of El Dorado County's gold rush and pioneering history, we will showcase this legacy through a new history museum and curated shops displaying the county's remarkable wines and agricultural products.
WE HAVE MORE TO OFFER ...
Town & Country Village El Dorado is dedicated to providing a home-away-from-home experience for our dedicated staff members. We understand the importance of a well-supported team, which is why we will offer 56 thoughtfully designed and comfortable residential cottages for our hotel staff. These residences will not only serve as staff housing but also contribute to fostering a close-knit and vibrant community within our project.
Additionally, to further enhance our guests' experience, we will offer 56 charming and well-appointed guest cottages available for daily or extended stay rentals, operated by our expert hotel management. These cottages will provide a private and serene setting, ensuring our visitors feel embraced by the tranquility of El Dorado Hills while enjoying all the modern amenities we have to offer.
Our commitment to excellence extends to our culinary offerings as well. The project will feature two distinct restaurants within the event center, each offering regionally sourced products that celebrate the flavors of El Dorado County. Alongside delectable meals, guests can indulge in boutique retail shops on the first floor, showcasing local arts, crafts, and products from the El Dorado County wine industry, Apple Hill Growers, County farm producers, and the unique Gold Country history.
At the heart of Town & Country Village El Dorado lies the Wedding Venue, Event Center, and Museum. This standalone 3-story structure will serve as a memorable backdrop for weddings, receptions, conferences, and community gatherings. With its elegant design, the event center will host two restaurants on the first floor, providing farm-to-fork freshness and a captivating culinary experience. The second floor will feature venues for events with a large outdoor balcony, offering stunning views of the Sacramento valley and foothills. The third floor will house a museum dedicated to the gold rush era, showcasing the culture and history of early settlers and displaying artifacts from the Gold Rush era.
Through innovative architecture, sustainable practices, and thoughtfully designed landscaping, we will create an environment that not only complements the natural surroundings but also sets new standards for eco-conscious developments. Our mission is to become an integral part of the El Dorado community, supporting local businesses, creating job opportunities, and giving back to the region that has embraced us. We will contribute to the growth and prosperity of the area while maintaining the delicate balance between progress and preservation.
With a focus on personalized service, culinary excellence, and unparalleled guest experiences, Town & Country Village, El Dorado, will be an iconic destination, etching
beautiful memories in the hearts of all who visit .
Together, we are building a legacy of hospitality, sustainability,
and cultural celebration that stands the test of time.
